Returns
We hope you love your Beechy Skin products. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you got it and unused.
For health and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on unused skincare products. This policy does not affect your consumer rights.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at hello@beechyskin.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- The reason for the return
We’ll respond with next steps as soon as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that processing times can vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Double-check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company (processing times can vary)
- Contact your bank
If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at hello@beechyskin.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@beechyskin.com.
Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. In some cases, we may ask for the faulty item to be returned before issuing a refund or replacement.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Trial or sample products
- Limited edition or promotional bundles
